A Jamaican Blue Mountain typica that found its way to Papua New Guinea. It is grown in very humid conditions, giving the coffee an orange chocolate taste, with a lot of depth. The final product has been fermented for three days. The light roast is non-acidic, citrusy and fruity. The dark roast is very chocolatey.
